PARTNERWITH US
For partners · 26 September 2026
Neighbor War is a fully onchain pixel-art collection on Base, with a free game that is already live. We want a small number of partners to take it to market. We don't pay cash up front. What we offer instead is below in full, including the parts that aren't finished.
The thing itself
Every token is a neighbor with a mutation inside it.
- The neighbor is permanent. It is fixed at reveal and never changes.
- The mutation is drawn from that neighbor: same wardrobe, new body. A serum (0.001 ETH a dose) re-rolls it, so a holder can keep chasing a better one.
- A small mark in the corner flips between the two. The contract draws it, so it travels with the token wherever it's shown.
- About 1 in 5 tokens shows its mutation as the main image.
- The art is onchain: no IPFS, nothing to pin. The collection is CC0.
What people do: Free Play, live now
Odds and evens with a monster twist, free, one on one in the browser.
- Each round one player calls odds or evens, and the call alternates.
- Both players secretly throw 1–4. 1 and 2 are neighbor throws: losing on one costs 1 life. 3 and 4 are monster throws: losing costs 2.
- Each player has 8 lives. Most matches end in about 7 rounds.
- A Battle Royale runs every hour.
- Playing earns free mints. A rating of 1600 earns one, and each 50 points above that earns another, up to 5. A rating counts after about 23 games.
Your audience can start earning free mints today, before the mint opens. Play it.
The mint
| Phase | Who | Price | Per wallet |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pre-mint | Anyone | 0.001 ETH | 5 |
| Free-mint claim | Wallets that earned them in Free Play | Free (extras 0.001) | 5, shared with the main mint |
| Main mint | Anyone | 0.002 ETH | 5, shared with the claim |
| Reveal | After the main mint ends | ||
Supply is whatever mints in the window; there is no fixed cap. Creator royalty is 0%. Dates are announced when each window opens.
The offer
No cash up front. Three things instead.
1. Your own 1-of-1. A neighbor carrying a trait no one can roll. It exists only because we granted it to you.
2. Free mints for your community. 10 wallets of your choice go on the free-mint list. 10 more are added once your link has brought in 25 paid mints.
3. A share of what your link brings in, paid onchain, rising as you bring more.
| Paid mints through your link | Your share of each mint |
|---|---|
| 0 to 49 | 20% |
| 50 to 99 | 35% |
| 100 and up | 50% |
- Serum: half of every dose bought through your link, before and after the mint.
- The contract sends your share to your wallet in the same transaction as the purchase. No invoices, no waiting on us.
- Your count and your current rate are public on the contract, and your rate never goes down.
- Buyers pay the same price with or without your link.
- Free claims don't pay out or count, because there is nothing to share.
What this is not. It is not an investment or a token sale, and it is not a promise of returns. It is paid work, settled in allocation and revenue share instead of cash, and agreed in writing before anything starts. You disclose the relationship every time you post.
What we need
- People who play, not just hold. The game needs opponents more than the collection needs holders.
- A room that shows up. Pre-mint wallets, and players climbing toward free mints.
- Something concrete. "A thread" is not a plan. "A Free Play ladder in my Discord before the pre-mint" is.
- Honest early critics. Tell us now if the game is boring or the terms are wrong.

How to start
DM @neighborwar on X with three things:
- Where your audience is, and how many show up when you ask. Links beat numbers.
- What you'd do in the first two weeks.
- Which part of the offer matters most to you.
You'll get a straight answer either way.
